A traditional Sutalri Union Parishad located in the heart of Harirampur Upazila, built on the banks of the Padma River bearing the witness of time. Its geographical location is Boyra Harukandi Union Parishad in the north, Dhulshura Union Parishad in the west, Lechhraganj Union Parishad in the west, Azim Nagar Union Parishad in the south. Sutalari Union is inhabited by people of various professions such as blacksmiths, potters, fishermen, weavers, washermen, farmers, sages etc. Most of the area of Sutalari Union is lost in Padma River. The piece of land that is there is also near the bank of Padma river.
