An Act enacted to enact a new Act by repealing the existing Ordinance relating to Union Parishad

       WHEREAS, it is expedient and necessary to repeal the existing Ordinance relating to Union Parishad and enact a new Act; Therefore, it is hereby enacted as follows:-
